Gaurav made a physical relationship with the girl by pretending to marry and when the victim became pregnant, she destroyed her uterus by violence by feeding her abortion medicine. When the victim opposed it, the accused promised to get married early, but later withdrew. Thereafter, a charge sheet against Gaurav Patel was filed in terms of section 376 (2) (n), 504, 506 IPC, 3/4 POXO ACT, and SC/ST Act, section 3 (2) 5. On behalf of the prosecution in court, the government pleads that Dinesh Prasad Agarhari, Satyaprakash Tripathi and Defamation Kumar Singh, the evidence of the incidents.
