Chaitanyanand case: The court sent baby to 5 days to police custody
New -Delhi, September 28 (IANS). Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati, who is accused of sexual harassment, was sent by the Patiala House Court of Delhi to the 5 -day police custody. Police said in court that Chaitanyanand sexually abused 16 girls. Delhi police mentioned Article 351 (3) in the Fir, which is a non -available offense. Article 351 (3) is imposed against those who threaten someone, especially with the aim of threatening murder. Earlier, Article 351 (2) was imposed in this case, which is considered a little less severe. Police have been looking for a five-day police supervision to face the girls suffering from baby Chaitanyanand and investigate the digital evidence they hid them. According to police, baby has hidden very digital evidence, in addition to the testimony of the molestation of girls. However, the lawyer on Chaitanand’s side opposed the police claim. He said in court that the police did not treat baby properly. Baby is a senior citizen and monk whose health is not good. The police have confiscated all the necessary goods of baby, so why should the police be imposed again? Delhi police told the court that it was very important to take statements from the victims in the light of the seriousness of the case. The girls were taken to Almora, Gurgaon and Faridabad. Police also said cameras were installed in the bathroom. A total of 16 girls filed a complaint in the case, making it a big and serious problem. Police are also investigating the IP address in this case to further strengthen digital evidence. The investigation is still underway and more information in the case may soon be from the police and the court.
