In such a situation, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has found a new way to identify the authenticity of any trader. A government certificate was offered to identify such traders. This move from the ministry will reduce fraud and promote transparency. The ministry amended Chapter Three of the Central Motor Vehicles Act on 1989. In this regard, he issued a notice on December 22. According to the notice, the process of providing information on the delivery of the vehicle between the registered owner and the dealer is expanded. The market of old cars in India gradually gaining momentum. In recent years, the market has increased further from the launch of the online market to buy and sell used vehicles. According to the notice, traders are now empowered to apply for the renewal of the registration certificate, renewal of the fitness certificate, duplicate registration certificate, NOC, RC transfer of motor vehicles. It is said that these rules will help identify and empower the dealers/intermediaries registered.
