Charcheeet submitted against additional director and superintendent of CGHS MeerUT

New -delhi, October 10 (IANS). The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a charge sheet against three people on Friday, including CGHS, the additional director of Meerut, Dr Ajay Kumar and office superintendent Lavesh as well as in a serious bribery case. The third accused was identified as Raees Ahmed, a private individual. This charge page was submitted in a special CBI court. The case began on August 12 when a well -known private medical group filed a complaint with the CBI. The complainant operates several hospitals in lake and surrounding areas. He claimed that Dr. Ajay Kumar and Lavesh as much bribes from Rs 50 Lakh for failing to remove their hospitals from the CGHS panel. After receiving the complaint, the CBI confirmed the allegations and laid a trap to catch the accused with red hands. After a conversation between the complainant and the accused, they agreed to take Rs 5 Lakh as the first installment of the bribes of Rs 50 Lakh. On August 12, the CBI team, which acted according to his plan, had two civil servants, Dr. Ajay Kumar and Lavesh as much, and a private individual, Raees Ahmed, arrested with a red hands while accepting a bribe of Rs 5 Lakh of the complainant. After the arrest, the CBI also conducted search operations on the accused’s residential premises. During the search, cash amounting to Rs 29.50 Lakh and several other incriminating documents were recovered from the home of additional director, Dr. Ajay Kumar, who further confirms his involvement in the case. During the investigation, the CBI collected different oral, documentary and digital evidence. According to the investigative agency, this evidence confirms the criminal conspiracy, the detention of each other and the illegal claim of bribes by the accused.
