Global Markets Today: Asia-Pacific markets mostly decreased on Thursday when investors were waiting for the Bank of Korea’s policy decision. Japan’s Nikkei 225 dropped 0.52 percent, while the Topix fell by 0.33 percent. The Kospi of South Korea dropped 0.43 percent, and Kosdaq’s small cap fell 0.15 percent.
