Chief Minister Dhami Inspect the Doon Hospital, Interaction with Patients Directly
Dehradun, September 13 (IANS). Pushkar Singh Dhami, chief minister of Uttarakhand, inspected government Doon Medical College Hospital and made a thorough review of health services, quality of treatment and arrangements in hospital. During the inspection, the chief minister met the patients treated in the hospital and inquired about their health and asked them about the medical facilities provided by the hospital. Through dialogue with patients and their families, the Chief Minister directly understood the quality of medical services and also provided the necessary instructions. In order to improve the health services in the state, Chief Minister Dhami gave clear instructions to give proper facilities for the Timardars in the waiting room (waiting room) present in the hospital premises during surprise inspection. The chief minister ordered the officials that the Timardars that came with the patients also got a convenient environment. For this, sufficient system of drinking water, fans and seats must be ensured. He said that Timardar is an important part of the hospital system and that they should also get basic facilities so that they can be mentally comfortable. The chief minister also ordered that cleanliness, regular disinfection and color should be provided immediately in the hospital premises. He said that the hospital is not only a place of medicine, but that it is also a place to support spiritual and physically patients and their families, and the hygiene, beautification and order are very important. He told medical officials that the ease and honor of the patients as well as their families are also in the priority of the state government. He emphasized that all possible steps are being taken to get better services to ordinary people in government hospitals. During this time, Chief Minister Dhami also reached the blood sample collection center, where the operator working in the center received information on the collection, recording and testing in the laboratory. He appreciated and instructed the technology and efficiency of resources used in the center to constantly monitor it. On this occasion, the Chief Minister instructed the hospital administration, medical officers and staff that time and quality treatment to patients should be the highest priority. He said that the state government is determined to make health services stronger and that all necessary resources are provided for this. The Chief Minister also ordered that transparency, sensitivity and rapid service system in health services should be ensured so that the general public can get direct benefits. Chief Minister Dhami also assessed the Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojana assistance counter in the hospital premises during the inspection of Government Doon Medical College Hospital. During the inspection, the Chief Minister received information on the operation of the scheme of the employees placed at the auxiliary counter, the help that the beneficiaries, the process of making the map provide the status of the patients and the facility to the public. He also died with the beneficiaries on the spot and listened to their experiences and inquired about the effectiveness of the help desk. The chief minister ordered the officials that the benefit of the Atal Ayushman Yojana should achieve every person who is eligible, it should be insured. He said that every person who comes to the help desk should get simple, clear and quick information so that they have no inconvenience to join the plan and get benefits.
