Can you suggest that no schoolchildren cannot speak one, but 13 languages? You may not believe it, but it is completely true. Children of a high school in Marouri’s block of Pilibhit district Uttar Pradesh, Catch does this extraordinary achievement. These children have learned such languages, which are not only related to different parts of India, but also interact in these languages. The school greetings in languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Santhali, Punjabi, Marathi, Urdu, Sindhi and reflect the extraordinary ability of children. This achievement of children is certainly commendable, and in light of this, their parents, school in charge and teachers appreciated this effort. This school of Cech is the only school of 1800 basic schools to achieve this kind of achievement. In fact, this success is the result of an important government initiative. The Government of India has started a program to arouse the feeling of “I Bharat Shrestha Bharat” by language by schoolchildren, called ‘Bhasha Sangam’. The purpose of this program was to make children aware of different Indian languages and teach them about these languages. Below, children are taught about a new Indian language that is spoken in different parts of the country. The government has instructed all schools to implement this initiative, and this work was fully implemented by block education officers. Thereafter, the principals of the schools were also ordered to strictly implement the program. The program will take a month, and then it is aimed at uploading the children’s photos and video on the department’s website. The event ended on December 21, and during this time Vaibhav Jaswar, principal of the Marouri High School, gave children the basic knowledge of 13 languages with his hard work and dedication. He not only introduced the children to languages, but also told them about the culture associated with those languages. This effort by Vaibhav Jaswar would not only promote children’s knowledge, but he also explained to children about the importance and diversity of Indian languages. After the conclusion of this program, the children had traditional costumes from the state whose language was learned. During this time, the children not only communicated in those languages, but also showed their cultural understanding and skills. This unique effort shown by children made this school a model school, where many languages and cultures are respected at the same time.
