Beijing, May 21 (IANS). China, the world’s second largest economy, has developed rapidly over the past few decades. During this time, not only did a tremendous change in the infrastructure in China, but there was also a widespread change in the lives of the people. Some of the life expectancy of Chinese citizens has been seen to improve their health levels. It is clear that the Chinese government makes the country a holistic nation as a whole. Public Health plays a very important role in this. This is why the central government pays close attention to the general public. It is evident from the government’s schemes that serious work is being done to improve the health of citizens in the country. Let us know that Chinese President XI Chinfing repeatedly emphasizes the good health and health system of the countrymen, because Chinese leaders understand that the country whose health is good is rapidly increasing on the path of progress. Meanwhile, the Chinese National Health Commission has issued guidelines to adapt to the award of primary healthcare resources in collaboration with 12 departments in the central and provincial level. It is said that its purpose provides better access to safe and effective primary health care near the home. It set a target in three phases. Below is the need to improve the state of infrastructure, highlighted by increasing access to the health services of people by 2027. Not only that, by 2030, healthcare providers should be more balanced and appropriate, so that they can provide telemedicine and health services correctly. According to recent guidelines, the distribution and quality of primary health services must be further improved by 2035 to support urbanization and rural life efforts. Keep in mind that primary health services in China are mainly offered by medical centers in the community in townships, sub -districts, towns and residential communities. As a result, good health facilities are provided to the people living in every corner of the country. In China, urbanization has increased rapidly over the past decades, so the need for change in the health structure is also felt. According to the National Health Commission, the rate of urbanization is increasing in the country, thereby increasing the number of health care institutions in urban areas. However, there was a decrease in the number of institutions in rural areas. One reason for this is that the population has decreased in rural areas and that most elderly people live there. While pressure on health facilities is increasing as a result of the rapid increase in the population in urban areas. According to the guideline, every township must operate a health center. At the same time, a medical clinic in each town is needed. It has also been said that towns with fewer population or small areas can set up a joint clinic with neighboring towns. We have seen that public health -related schemes have been managed in China from time to time because it is not easy to have access to the healthcare facility for each person because it is a country with a large population. Nevertheless, China’s related agencies are very active and people get good health facilities. (Sincer- China Media Group, Beijing) -ians ABM/
