CBI arrested two illegal call centers in Nashik two
Nashik, September 14 (IANS). The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has burst two illegal call centers offered in Nashik. The CBI arrested two private persons in this case of cyber fraud. These call centers are performed in the name of Messrs. Swaan Business Solutions Private Limited. On September 11, the CBI registered a case against four private persons and other unknown people. It is alleged that the accused used to cheat on British citizens by becoming insurance agents and government officials. During the investigation, the CBI learned that about 60 people worked in these illegal call centers. They cheated on people with VoIP, false numbers and false documents. He then asked earlier information about his credit and debit cards and then sold such insurance policy which had no existence. The CBI searched several places in Nashik and Kalyan (Thane). During this time, the team received the information of the victims, false insurance policing, eight cell phones, eight computer systems, servers and cash from Rs 5 Lakh. Investigations also revealed that the money received from fraud was transferred by different banking channels. The CBI arrested two accused on September 13 and produced them in a special CBI court in Thane, from where they were sent to police until Monday. Further investigation into the case is underway. Earlier on September 10, the CBI had a false call center rocket operating from Igatpuri in Nashik, Maharashtra. The CBI caught 5 accused involved in cyber fraud, of whom 44 laptops, 71 cell phones, gold, luxury cars and a large amount of cash were recovered. The accused are cheating citizens of America, Canada and other countries.
