In Uttarakhand, 26,500 youths found work in the government sector during a four -year period. When Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, who made this record of service, handed over to 1456 youths on Tuesday, there was a sparkle in his eyes with moisture. Remove the advertisement only 24 days ago, when the recruitment exam was again targeted by the fraudulent Mafia and the active network behind it on September 21, Chief Minister Dhami identified himself with the sensitivity of the youth and did not carry out the decision to maintain the holiness and confidentiality of the recruitment examination. The BJP organization also fully supported the confident chief minister while distributing appointment letters. When the young Dhami took over as chief minister four years ago, his first biggest challenge was unemployment and attacks on the holiness of recruitment investigations. Dhami overcame it and also created a record for recruitment to vacant posts in government departments. As the recruitment of vacancies in government departments has intensified, cases of violating holiness and confidentiality of recruitment investigations have come to light. Chief Minister Dhami tried his best to stop the declining confidence in recruitment investigations by doing a strict care law and also did not allow the recruitment process to stop. In the past four years, the Dhami government has given the message to the youth by giving them the opportunity of government opportunities that the state government is completely sensitive, transparent and committed to the future of youth. Behind these appointments is Chief Minister Dhami’s deep brainstorming, clear policy and hard work day and night. He himself sat with the machinery related to the recruitment process and set up a comprehensive exposition, so that a system could be created in which only hard work and honesty were the keys to success. When the UKSSSC issue of Uttarakhand subordinated services (UKSSSC) came to light, the opposition tried to place the government in the dock. In this difficult time, Chief Minister Dhami reached out to the youth and assured them of a fair investigation. On the demand of the youth, by canceling the controversial investigation and providing instructions to perform it again within three months, he proved that the future of youth is most important to him, not politics. The task before the main minister is to break the narrative and confusion in the state regarding recruitment investigations. Due to the recommendation of a CBI investigation into this matter, an single-level investigation commission and a multi-level strategy in the form of a sitting investigation, the emphasis is on the assurance that misconceptions regarding recruitment investigations are not developed among the general public. Tuesday, out of 1456 appointments, 1347 appointments were made by the UKSSSC recruitment exam. The remaining youth was selected from the Recruitment Exam of the State Commission for Public Service. Under no circumstances will the order of exams stop, and any attempt to influence the exams will not be allowed to go on land, Dhami also gave a message to maintain this trust.
