"Why do students die in Kota themselves?" Supreme Court has reprimanded the government of Rajasthan for increasing suicide cases

The Supreme Court on Friday reprimanded the Rajasthan government over the growing cases of suicide by students in Kota. The Supreme Court described the situation as extremely serious. A Bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice R. Mahadevan said 14 students have committed suicide so far this year. The bank asked: Why do students just die in Kota? The bank said dissatisfaction with the Rajasthan government: “What are you doing as a state?” Why do these children only commit suicide in Kota? Don’t you even think about it? In this regard, a lawyer who appeared on behalf of the Rajasthan government said that sitting was formed by students in Kota to investigate suicide cases. On May 4, a 22 -year -old student studying in Iit Kharagpur committed suicide by hanging himself in his residence room. The Supreme Court, while hearing the case, made the above remarks. The ruling of the Supreme Court also called the suicide case of a student preparing for Neet. In Kota, a student was found in her room. The student lived with her parents. The court also expressed dissatisfaction with a four -day delay in the registration of a fir in the suicide case of a student of Iit Kharagpur. The Supreme Court said: “Do not tackle these cases lightly, these are serious issues.” The bank also cited the decision of the Supreme Court given during the trial, in which it ordered the formation of the National Task Force to prevent such incidents among the students.
