In her first media appearance after years of retirement and wearing the niqab, Rita Talaat, the older sister of Dina, sparked the audience’s interest in her bold statements that put many points on the letters about her relationship with her sister.

During a phone call, Rita denied what was circulated about the existence of a break or tension between them, stressing that “the ten does not underestimate”, and that their relationship is still based on love and respect despite the different lifestyle.

And she said: “We are not after the day when we were born … We were raised together and we got into the same circumstances, but each one chose a different path in her life, and we respect some thinking.”

She added in an explicit expression: “Dina knows our Lord from her air … but her actions do not need time.”

Rita confirmed that she is always talking to Dina quietly, citing the noble verse “Call to the path of your Lord with wisdom and good advice,” expressing her confidence that her sister will approach more than the right path by virtue of her kindness and pure heart.

On her opinion on art, she explained that the legal ruling is clear, saying: “Everything is permissible and forbidden is forbidden … not only in art, in all aspects of life.”
