Committee on Corruption Exit Investigate bribery in forestry v forest management found in other areas

Jakarta -The Corruption -ERADICATION COMMISSION (KPK) is currently investigating the case of bribery in the management of forest area in Inhutani V. The Corruption Bringering Commission (KPK) is investigating whether or not bribery exists in other areas than those investigated by the KPK. “Of course, the KPK will investigate whether the practices in Inhutani V also occur in other areas,” KPK spokeswoman Budi Prasetyo said Wednesday (8/10/2025). In this case, the Corruption Bringing Commission (KPK) nominated three people as suspects in connection with the Sting Operation (OTT) at the Inhutani v Jakarta office. One of the suspects is the most important director of PT Forest Exploitation and Industry (Inhutani) V, Dicky Yuana Rady. “Dic is the chief director of PT INH,” the acting deputy for Corruption Breakdown Commission said at a press conference in the KPK building, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Thursday (14/8). The other two suspects are Djunaidi (DJN) as director of PT PML and Aditya (ADT) as SB Group licensing staff. The OTT is related to a bribery case in the forestry sector associated with the management of forest area. “The alleged criminal act of corruption in the form of bribery in the forestry sector is related to cooperation in the management of forest area,” he said.
