Congress has released its first list for Bihar Chunav 2025, know who is in and who is out among 48 candidates?

The first list of the Congress party for Bihar Assembly elections 2025 was released late on Thursday evening (October 16, 2025). There are names of 48 candidates in this list, making a total of 24 candidates in the fray in the first phase of voting. According to the list, Kaushalendra Kumar was declared candidate from Nalanda and Jayesh Mangal Singh from Bagaha. However, even before the list was released, the party had awarded election symbols to many candidates. Now it remains to be seen whether the Congress releases the second list or not. Sources say that the Grand Alliance was considering giving around 50 seats to the Congress. It remains to be seen what happens next.
