Nagpur/Bhopal, October 9 (IANS). Some children, the victims of the incident of the cup syrup in the Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh, are being treated in a hospital in Nagpur. Head of State Mohan Yadav reached the hospital in Nagpur to inquire about the children’s condition and also spoke to their families and doctors. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav claims a lack of support from the Tamil Nadu government. He also attacked the congress and advised them to set up a protest march in Tamil Nadu, saying that Rahul Gandhi should go to Tamil Nadu. Chief Minister Yadav spoke to the victim children and their families and also asked the doctors to provide better health facilities. On this occasion, the chief minister said that Madhya Pradesh police arrested the owner of the drug manufacturing business, but Tamil Nadu government is not working together. Medicine is manufactured in Tamil Nadu, but the necessary actions were not done there. When mistakes were made, we removed the drug controller, suspended the assistant controller and also acted against the doctor and medical shop. In this whole matter, steps have been taken from administrative point of view with a human approach, because these children are ours. The drug was banned in the state. About the allegations made by Congress, Chief Minister Yadav said I would like to say the leaders of Congress to go to Tamil Nadu and set a protest march. How is the factory manufacturing this medicine, how was the drug license given, how was the license renewed, how is such a large factory built in a small place? If Rahul Gandhi wants to go, he has to go against the Tamil Nadu government. Chief Minister Yadav said that the Tamil Nadu government should act strictly according to the rules. The investigation so far has basically revealed errors at the manufacturing level. This faulty medicine was given to children who led to loss of life. Chief Minister Yadav said that the children and families of Madhya Pradesh are the suffering parties, the children of our state are dead. In this sensitive matter, the government of Madhya Pradesh will not stay away from strict action against any culprit. –Is SNP/DKP Share This Story Tags
