Apart from that, the Corruption Eradication Commission also called a number of other witnesses, namely: – Tamara Anggraeny Cabin Manager RDG Airlines – Marwan Suminta Entrepreneur, Boarding House Keeper at Wisma Feris Bogor. In this case, the Corruption Eradication Committee designated the suspect as the treasurer for the assistant expenses of the regional head of the Papua province, Deus Enumbi (DE). The suspect is suspected of having carried out his actions together with the former governor of Papua, Lukas Enembe (deceased). “This is what was done by the suspect DE as expenditure treasurer for the assistant regional head of Papua province,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said at the KPK building, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (11/6). Government losses in this case reached IDR 1.2 trillion. This case is related to former Papua Governor Lukas Enembe’s operational funds which reached IDR 1 trillion per year. In one day, Lukas Enembe uses Rp. 1 billion in operational funds or food money. The allocation of these fantastic funds was thus designed by Lukas. Lukas apparently made a gubernatorial regulation (pergub) to make the action seem legal. Lukas Enembe deliberately made a gubernatorial regulation (pergub) that smoothed plans to disburse operational funds of IDR 1 trillion per year. Through this governor’s regulation, Lukas was able to bypass supervision by the Ministry of the Interior. (ial/idn)
