Hulu breakdown: What the streaming service said about the disruption | Mint
Earlier today, the popular Streaming Platform Hulu experienced a significant interruption, which thousands of users did not have to log in or access the content, Techradar reports. According to DownDetector, the number of reported issues had a highlight of more than 12,300 at about 10:03 p.m., which has a wide disruption of service in the United States, the report states. Interestingly, Disney+ – who shares a parent company with Hulu – did not affect the publication by the interruption. Users in New York, especially those using iPhones and iPads, reported that Hulu, although Disney+ works as normal, has not loaded the content, even for devices already reported. Despite the inconvenience, Hulu support (@hulusupport) was quick to recognize the disruption on social media, they offered regular updates and reassured users that their technical teams were working on a solution. This level of responsiveness was appreciated, especially compared to recent interruptions experienced by other major platforms. The situation seems to have improved. At 10:52 a.m., reports on issues dropped to about 1100. Hulu support confirmed via X that the problem was solved: “Thank you for your patience. The reporting issue of earlier has been resolved. If you are still having trouble, you should start again and try again.” For users who are still experiencing errors, they have started their device again and report again in most cases effectively. Several individuals have since confirmed that this method has restored their access to Hulu. If you are still having trouble, a quick restart may just bother. This is not the first time Hulu has been for thousands of users. Last month, the Streaming service also faced a break, which caused people to crawl around the US for alternative ways to look at the 2025 Oscars.
