Srinagar, September 20 (IANS) Jammu and Kashmir Cid’s anti -intelligence Kashmir (CIK) branch attacked eight places in seven districts of the valley on Saturday. This action was done in connection with an ongoing investigation related to terrorism. Officials said the raids were performed simultaneously in Srinagar, Baramulla, Anant Night, Cupwara, Handwara, Pulwama and Shopian Districts. During the investigation, this action was taken after the CIK received a warrant from the competent court in a case related to terrorism. The case is related to alleged relations with some people active terrorist organizations in Kashmir. If it is believed that there are sources, the purpose of this attack was to collect digital and physical evidence, which could help promote the investigation.
