Ajay Kumar Nayar, who is accused of cheating on Rs 3.90 crore of people by becoming cousin of Homes Minister Amit Shah, refused to grant bail by the Sessions Court of Patiala House Court. On Tuesday, the judge of the Judge of Ajay Kumar Nayar, additional Judge of Ajay Kumar Nayar, rejected the bail, saying that the court was unwilling to release the accused on bail because of the allegations and seriousness of the crime. The Court’s comment court said the accused Ajay Kumar Nair played an active role in committing the crime and the complainant assured that he was getting a tender of Rs 90 crore. He then received Rs 3.90 crore through cash and RTGs. The court said the allegations against the accused are of a very serious and serious nature and that it requires strict punishment. The court said the concern of the prosecution could be correct that the accused was abusing his independence after being released on bail. At the same time, the accused argued that the past three years should be detained and bail demanded. The accused also claimed that he would not jail. The accused was cheated on getting the tender while opposed to the bail pleader, the prosecution said that Rs 3.9 crore of the complainant was cheated on the pretext that he had received a tender of Rs 90 crore from the government for providing material for the renovation of Rashtrapati Bhavan. The accused described himself as the cousin of the Minister of Home Affairs and assured the complainant that he was getting a large tender.
