Crocodile -Destruction in Khandar of Sawai Madhopur, attacked the elderly farmer while feeding the buffalo, chewing both hands
There was a stir on the banks of the Banas River in the Karraki village of Khandar subdivision area of Sawai Madhopur when crocodiles attacked the elderly farmer who drank water to buffalo. The farmer was seriously injured in the attack and was admitted to the district hospital. According to the information received, 65 -year -old Kailash Gurjar, a Karaki resident, went to the Banas River near the town on Monday morning to feed its buffalo. While buffalo was drinking water, Kailash stood in the river itself. Meanwhile, the crocodile hidden in the water suddenly attacked him. Crocodile’s jaws were so strong that he chewed both hands of the farmer badly and also seriously injured his thigh and bone. The villagers who work in the surrounding fields heard the scream of Kailash and rescued the farmer from the clutches of crocodiles. The residents rushed Kailash immediately to the district hospital in an injured state, where he underwent treatment. According to doctors, his condition still remains critical. Compensation spread among the residents after four incidents in the capital. He claimed that the incident was reported to the forest department, but no officer of the department reached the place. The residents expressed anger about the negligence of the forest department and demanded appropriate compensation to the injured farmer. Share this story -tags
