Father released in case of violent recovery but will remain in jail while Dawood's henchmen get bail

The notorious gang member Arun Gawli, who is serving life in prison for the murder of Shiv Sena leader Kamalakar Jamsandkar, was acquitted by the special McCa court on Wednesday in the 2008 -Dang case. However, Arun Gawli serves life imprisonment in the Nagpur Central jail in the case of Kamalakar’s murder. Therefore, even if he is acquitted in the case of forced recovery, Gawli will have to stay in jail. The Mumbai Session Special Mcoca Court also acquitted Arun Gawli, his younger brother Vijay Ahir and five members of the team in the forced recovery case. A total of nine accused were involved in the case. However, one of them died during the hearing, while the other became a witness to be innocent. Special Court Judge BK Singh said the government party failed to prove the charge of extortion against Arun Gawli and other accused. D. Shelke registered an order to release the accused. Considering the evidence presented by the government side against the accused in court, the government party could not prove the charge against the accused. Therefore, the court also said in the order that Gawli and other accused cannot be convicted in terms of the law for crimes. Therefore, Arun Gawli and other accused were acquitted in the case of forced recovery. However, Daddy will have to spend the rest of his life in jail after being sentenced to life imprisonment in the Jamande murder case. Dawood’s henchmen granted bail, but the Supreme Court granted bail to Tariq Parveen, an associate of the notorious Don Dawood Ibrahim. Dawood Ibrahim’s assistant Tariq Parveen received bail from the Supreme Court in the forced recovery case of 2020. Parveen has been filed in the Taloja in the past five years, but the issue of completing the case has been raised in court. The court said imprisonment without trial is similar to punishment.
