Motor Racing-Hamilton has more films in the pipeline

By Alan Baldwin Monaco, May 22 (Reuters) – Lewis Hamilton is planning more films after working with Brad Pitt on ‘F1’ and also documentary films and possibly a television series with his Dawn Apollo production company. The Seven Times Formula One World Champion, a co-producer and consultant in the upcoming F1 film with Pitt, told reporters to the Monaco Grand Prix that there was much more to come. “I went very high, I couldn’t go higher for the first film, but we will produce more films over the coming years,” he said. “I have three concepts I write,” said the Ferrari manager, who launched his business in 2022. “I’m going to write with a writer because I’ve never written a film before. I have these concepts, these ideas that I came up with for films. ‘ ‘Then there will be documentary films, there may be a TV series at one stage, but mostly films. I like the development of films. That’s what I like most. ‘ Hamilton joined his fellow drivers on Wednesday for a special performance before the release of the Apple Original Film, which will appear in Monaco next month. He said although he had seen the film many times, it was a stressful moment as well as a proud one when the Dawn Apollo logo appeared with other production companies. “I suddenly got all the drivers there and I was sitting in the middle, I was nervous. I was like ‘everyone sees it for the first time’, and it was great to look around and see some reactions, especially the drivers,” Hamilton said. “I really care what the drivers think and I want them to think about it a lot.” (Reporting by Alan Baldwin, editing by Toby Davis)
