Sunny Deol on playing Lord Hanuman in 'Ramayana': It's going to be great

Veteran actor Sunny Deol is ready to adopt one of the most iconic roles in Indian mythology – those of Lord Hanuman – in Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious film adjustment of ‘Ramayana’. As production gain momentum, Deol opened on the challenges and excitement surrounding the project, which expresses great hope for its visual and emotional impact. Sunny Deol played at Lord Hanuman talking to Zoom, Sunny Deol described the experience ahead as exciting and scary. “It will be exciting, it will be nice. It’s going to be great, it’s going to be beautiful, ‘he said, adding that although some nervousness is natural, it is also what attracts him. “Look, nervousness or fear, the factor is there. But this is the beauty of it, because you have to find in yourself how you will tackle the challenge and how you will fulfill it. The epic saga is planned as a two-party feature, with the first installment slated for release on Diwali 2026 and the second following a year later on Diwali 2027. The film has already drawn Comparisons to large scale Hollywood productions such as’ Hollywood ‘ -The Latter, though a fictionalized languages of 1960s Los Angeles, was widely praised for his careful attention to period detail and craftsmanship, striving to bring Tiwari and team to bring antique India to life.
