While Baker is still popular, and the long colorful scarf his doctor wore is still a piece of iconography that is still associated with the series, tennant’s doctor is likely who fans think of first when they hear the word Doctor who. There is a reason they brought him back twice, and the actor clearly loves the role, as he has been open to returning it.
