Death caused property dispute in Bijnor: Son and Woman killed man, arrested
A shocking family murder emerged in the Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh, where a boy and woman together killed the head of the house due to a property dispute. This startling case is from Mohalla Shah Vilayat of the Mandawar police station, where Shahzad Ahmed (age about 60 years), who lived, was killed by his own family. Police arrested the accused woman Shagufta Parveen and son Ammar in the case, while the role of another son Hammad and another person investigating Salim. The investigation began on May 20 based on suspicion, and Hifjan Ahmed, cousin of Shahzad Ahmed, told police that his uncle had died on the night of May 19. But he expressed doubt that it was not a normal death. Once the information was received, the Mandawar police reached the place and despite the family’s objection, the post of the body was done. In the report, it was revealed that Shahzad Ahmed died and also found injuries on his body. The curtain of lies open from CCTV, in light of the severity of the case, questioned the woman’s wife Shagufta, Son Ammar and Hammad separately. During interrogation, Ammar claimed to be in Delhi and returned home on May 20 as soon as the news of his father’s death was received. But when police searched the nearby CCTV footage, the truth was unveiled. The camera clearly showed that Ammar was going to his home at about 9:30 pm on May 19. The boy acknowledged that the crime had broken into the strict interrogation and acknowledged his crime. He said his father wanted to expel him and his brother by selling ancestral property. He also published an advertisement in this newspaper in this regard. There was a long tension in the family on this matter. The issue was also discussed on May 17. On the night of May 19, when Shahzad refused again and shook his wife and son as ‘greedy’, he was angry and killed him by Ammar and Shagufta. According to the statement of Ammar, the method of murder and arrest, he hit Shahzad on the bed at about 11pm and pushed the pillow and blanket on his mouth until his breath stopped. After this, the body was released on the bed in the same way and mosquito nets were put on top so that no one would be suspicious. Police seized the pillow and blanket used in the murder. SSP Abhishek Jha said the accused woman and son were arrested, and the role of the remaining suspects is being investigated. He said that anyone who is guilty will not be spared.
