Even at midnight, the traffic in the Anand Vihar area of Delhi was so heavy that vehicles were seen wandering instead of moving forward. Traffic jam in Gurugram: There were traffic jams in Gurugram next to Delhi on Friday. Because of the festive season and weekends, everything from the highways to the city roads was crowded. There was a jam on the highway for about 5 kilometers. Due to heavy traffic jams on Gurugram-Delhi and Delhi-Gurugram routes, vehicles were seen wandering. What did Additional CP say about traffic? Meanwhile, regarding traffic movement and other arrangements ahead of Diwali and other festivals, Additional CP Dinesh K. Gupta said, “We have deployed maximum personnel. Our teams are patrolling on motorcycles. Our officers are in the field. Officers are constantly keeping an eye on the field. We are removing vehicles parked on the road. We are currently issuing challs.” Area wise traffic plans He also said, “To prevent people from parking their vehicles at wrong places, we are issuing more and more challans through our challan app. In major markets like Lajpat Nagar, Sarojini Nagar and Connaught Place, we have made area wise traffic plans for these areas.
