Religion Dhanteras worship method, which increases wealth and funds! Wake up in Brahma Muhurta, bathe and wear clean clothes. Purify the place of worship with Ganga water and make rangoli at the main entrance. Spread a red or yellow colored cloth on a post and install the idol or picture of Lord Dhanvantari, Mata Lakshmi and Kuber Ji. Keep one thing in mind that there should be an urn full of water near the post. Keep newly purchased cutlery, jewelry or a new broom in front of the post. After that, meditate and worship Lord Ganesha first. Now meditate on Lord Dhanvantari, Mother Lakshmi and Kuber Dev and offer them kumkum, turmeric, flowers, akshat (rice) and bhog (sweets/fruits). Chant the mantra ‘Om Dham Dhanvantarye Namah’ to Lord Dhanvantari and wish for good health. Also pray to Goddess Lakshmi and Kuber Ji for happiness and prosperity. Finally, perform Aarti of all the Gods and Goddesses and in the evening, make a square lamp made of flour, add oil and keep it outside the house in the south direction. This is ‘Deepdaan’ for Yamraj.
