Disha Salian case: Bombay High Court has instructed to submit register to the special bank

Mumbai, April 2 (IANS). The Bombay High Court on Wednesday instructed to hand over the special Bank of the Register regarding the case related to the death of the celebrity manager, Disha Salian. The written petition submitted by Disha’s father would be heard on Wednesday. The petition demands a CBI examination of the death of his daughter and a fir against MLA Aditya Thackeray. The hearing would be held before Justice Revathi and Mohite Dhare, but now the case will go to another bank. The Disha Salian legal team demanded that the case come under crime against women, and the Divisional Bank led by Justice Sarang Kotwal to go before the bank. The court then instructed the register to ensure that the recommended bank of the petition should be reviewed. As far as the case is concerned, Disha Salian’s lawyer Nilesh Ojha said: “The court said the case was falling under the crime against women, and it must be heard before the Divisional Bank led by Justice Sarang Kotwal. The Supreme Court ordered the register to place the register before the appropriate bank. The petition submitted by Disha Salian’s father Saath Salian contains a new investigation into the death of the daughter and the claim to question mighty people. In the petition, he claims that Disha was raped and killed. The special thing is that Sath Salian insisted five years ago that his daughter was not raped or killed. When the media questioned it, Nilesh Ojha, lawyer of Saath Salian, said: “Some political leaders and police have deceived the distressed father, who wanted to save the son of a prominent politician.” On March 25, Nilesh Ojha filed a new fir in the case of Disha’s death. Ojha said that a written complaint was filed with the police commissioner and that the names of Aditya Thackeray, Dino Moriya and Suraj Pancholi were registered in the fir. According to Ojha, “Aditya Thackeray, Dino Moriya, Suraj Pancholi and his bodyguards Parambir Singh, Sachin Waj and Riya Chakraborty are also accused in the Spar.” He claims that Parambir Singh is the most important brain to hide the matter.
