A standardized diet card will be made so that there is no lack of nutrition. Skills development centers will be determined so that the residents can become financially self -sufficient. Training programs are offered by partnership with NGOs and private institutions. Residents will be informed of their legal rights in a simple language. The children who are at begging will not be sent in begging houses, but to child welfare institutions. There will be a monitoring committee in every beggar home that will release the annual report. The central government will have to make model guidelines over three months. In six months, they will be compulsory to follow them in all states and trade union areas.
