Prabowo: Our rice reserves today are highest in Indonesian history

Jakarta – President Prabowo Subianto again said that the future of Indonesia was clear, although there were those who proposed the opposite. According to Prabowo, food ability in Indonesia is in sight. “With a short time, we prove that we were the preference of food ourselves beyond our expectations, our highest rice and wheat production in the history of the Republic of Indonesia, the rice reserves in Indonesian government goods are the highest in Indonesian history today,” Prabowo said while delivering a speech on Saturday (5/17/2025). After that, Prabowo expressed his achievements related to raising food production. He highlighted one of the achievements, namely in South Sumatra which rose to 25 percent. Prabowo has also acknowledged many challenges and obstacles that will face in the future. But he believes that everything will be passed as long as he has a determination and the government that is clean and free of corruption. “We have a lot of challenges, we have experienced many problems, but our power is great, as long as we are determined to have a clean government, free of corruption, we will be strong. We have planned to reduce our poverty, we will eliminate poverty, we will eliminate hunger from Indonesia,” he said.
