Puri, June 14 (IANS). A high -solution meeting was held on Saturday at the Shri Jagannath Temple in Puri, Odisha, with the Grand Rath Yatra. After this, Chief Administrator Arvind Padhi shared important updates on rituals and logistics to ensure a smooth and disciplined festival this year. The Rath Yatra of this year follows a streamlined format, in which there will be a detailed discussion about their roles with Daityapati servants. Padhi said: “From the beginning of the Rath Yatra to Neeladri Bije, important decisions have been made on the ritual program (policy side) and overall arrangements.” Referring to the unfortunate incident during the PAHANDI ritual last year, he said: “We are determined not to repeat such an accident. Special attention is being paid to Pahandi MAJE and servants related to this ritual will be included all the time. It was decided to ban the use of cell phones about chariots under safety and purity measures. The chief administrator said: “No assistants from servants may not visit the wagons.” Netriolotsav and NAV Joobana Darshan rituals were also discussed in which large crowds gather. Special emphasis was placed on crowd management and a proper ritual order during the bath of full moon, as well as strict instructions that no unauthorized person would be allowed during this period to visit the wagons.
