Bhopal, October 18 (IANS). This brought happiness to around three hundred and fifty families of Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh as these families got the keys of their dream homes. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav while welcoming these families said that owning a home is everyone’s dream. There is nothing greater than the happiness of one’s home. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has provided houses to more than 4 crore people of the country. The Prime Minister does not have any house of his own, but he has set his goal to provide houses to all the citizens of the country. The Chief Minister said that today 348 families of Neemuch are seeing their years old dream becoming a reality. This Diwali turned out to be the most beautiful Diwali of their lives because this time everyone will celebrate Diwali at their home. Chief Minister Yadav said that Prime Minister Modi says that only when the house of the poor is lit, it is real Diwali in the country. Today Madhya Pradesh is moving in this direction. With the blessings of Lakshmi-Ganesh, Madhya Pradesh celebrates Diwali of public welfare and development. He said that our intentions are clear, our policy is to empower the poor, there was a time when schemes were made in the name of the poor, but even after many generations, the poor could not get their benefits. He said through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana the beneficiaries not only have a roof but also self-respect and security. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0 scheme, we will build 10 lakh houses. We are moving quickly in this direction. Madhya Pradesh bagged second place in the Best Performing State Award category in the implementation of PM Awas Yojana (Urban). Neemuch has always been on top in this matter. Chief Minister Yadav said that sparkling roads, systematic drains, overhead tanks and sewage pumping stations have been arranged here. Street lights, gates and boundary walls are built for security. A park was established for children to play. The campus also has a health care center, bus stop and fire facility. Land has also been reserved to build a school here.
