A copy of this must be given to the college and the university. Center at each college and university will organize programs for students, which will be made aware of good behavior during the election to maintain discipline, university walls and beauty of public property. At university and university level, a dedicated portal will be created for issues related to the defense, on which students will be made aware of their rights and duties. Students will be able to file a complaint of any offense here. The name of the candidate will be valid in the 10th and 12th certificate to participate in admission and DUSU election. After admission, the change in the name will only be valid when the government process has been completed and approved by the university. A committee will be established at the university and university level to protect the property from damage. College and university will organize a debate for candidates who will be uploaded to the website.
