The Lokayukta officials on Friday attacked the home of a former clerk of Karnataka Infrastructure Development Limited (Kridl) and found a unique property worth more than Rs 30 crore. Officials found that Kalakappa Nidagundi had 24 houses, four plots and 40 hectares of agricultural land near Koppal and received a monthly salary of Rs 15,000. Four vehicles, 350 grams of gold and 1.5 kg of silver were also recovered during the attack. These properties were named after him, his wife and his brother.
