Firefighting of security guards and CCTV cameras were made compulsory in Puja Pandals. Orders were also ordered to prevent noise pollution and act on social media. Instructions have also been issued regarding entry agents and mob management. It will have different ropes for men and women. A separate exit route will be arranged for emergencies. The pandal and gate will be built at a safe distance from the railway, transformer, gas gods and electrical wires. The instructions given about cleanliness and sound control states that 20 laborers and 40 garbage bins will be installed by the committee. Three shifts are cleaned daily. The use of speakers from 10am to 6 hours will be limited. Speakers will not play during school hours and the DJ will be completely banned. Apart from this, nylon and synthetic clothing will not be used in the construction of pandal. Electricity connection will only be done by approval of JBVNL, which ensures the safety of nature and wiring. There will be a ban on the preservation of combustible substances in the pandal. Providing first aid on the Pandal Campus will be compulsory. The mobile numbers of the committee and administrative officials will be displayed in the Pandal campus. The list of volunteers will be submitted to the station. Food stalls or fair will only be held when consent and at adequate distance from the pandal. The immersion will only be on the prescribed route and approved ghats. It is said that the court also ordered that there should be no incident of misconduct with commitment and criminals to the police in incidents such as theft or parcel. Apart from this, strict steps will be taken against those who place offensive positions on internet media or distribute rumors. The SDPO has ordered all the Pooja Pandal Committee of Khorimhua subdivision area to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Court and the government and to perform the Puja in a peaceful way.
