One of the foods served during the event is Papeda. This typical food from Papua is a symbol of togetherness, wealth and peace. “In the tradition of Papua, Papeda is served in various occasions and community meetings as an expression of gratitude, unity and harmony with nature,” Endah explained. The dish is made of sago that is rich in fiber. Papeda is considered a local food that has the potential to contribute to compliance with community feeding in the prevention of stunting in accordance with one of the presidential Prabowo subianto programs. “Through this event, we not only introduce the sense of Indonesia, but we also restore our cultural diplomacy that Indonesia is committed to maintaining peace and friendship through culture,” he added.
