The bail plea of Divya, accused in the Magan Suhag suicide case, was heard in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Magan Suhag, a resident of Dobh village, committed suicide by hanging himself on June 18. Before his death, Magan made a video blaming his wife Divya and Maharashtra police constable Deepak for his death. In this case, Divya’s bail plea was heard in the Rohtak Additional Sessions Court on September 4, 8, 9, 11 and 19, in which the petition was dismissed. Divya’s anticipatory bail plea was also dismissed. Following this, a bail application was filed on behalf of Divya in the High Court, after it was heard that Divya was granted bail by the High Court. Now a regular hearing in this case will be held on October 23 in the Additional Sessions Court of Rohtak.
