East Central Railway has invited applications for recruiting sports quota

East Central Railway announced recruitment of sports quota for 2025-26. Through this recruitment, young players can pursue their career between 18 and 25 years in the railroad. Interested candidates can apply until October 21, 2025. A total of 56 vacancies are available at different levels (level to five). Of these, only five posts of level are one vacant in Dhanbad section. Candidates will be selected based on performance and merit in sports. The application fee was held at Rs 500 for general category and Rs 250 for women. Fees received exemption for reserved category candidates. Candidates are advised to read detailed information and instructions on the official Railways website before applying. The railway department said that the application process will be completed online. The selection process will also include the performance certificate available in the field of sports, sports -related experiences and physical parameters. Experts believe that not only gives jobs to the youth admitted to the railroad by sports quota, but that sports talents also have the opportunity to move forward on the national and international platform.
