Residential and commercial activities can be done on a plot. The red line contains 482.63 hectares and 153.98 hectares on the blue line. Mixed land use on small stands on both sides of both phases of the subway can make buildings with more floors. The transport system will improve transport to improve transport network and reduce traffic congestion. A 100 -acre logistics park is proposed in Dasna and Fatehabad Nitora.
