The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) sent the final format of the Majesty 2031 to the government in which the scope of the city will be expanded to Modinagar Muradnagar Dasna and Loni. The scheme involves creating a TOD zone on the banks of the Metro line and improving the transport system. Commercial and industrial units can be established in the new area. Residential, commercial and industrial units can be erected in the new area. The Mahay Yojana also includes the TOD zone along the red and blue line of the subway. A ratio of five floors (FAR) can be given by mixing a mixed landlord up to 500 meters on both sides of the TOD zone on both sides of the metro gait. Residential and commercial activities can be done on a plot. The red line contains 482.63 hectares and 153.98 hectares on the blue line. Mixed land use on small stands on both sides of both phases of the subway can make buildings with more floors. The transport system will improve transport to improve transport network and reduce traffic congestion. A 100 -acre logistics park is proposed in Dasna and Fatehabad Nitora. Trucking place is proposed at additional places in Tila mode, Farukhnagar Road, Morta and Bhojpur. This will smooth the truck traffic and improve traffic.
