The famous Snapchat Abdul -Malik Al -Habdan gave advice to his followers to improve their activity when waking up, noting that changing room temperature during sleep can make a difference in feeling lethargy or morning laziness.

Al -Habdan said during a video clip: “Open the air conditioner at 18 degrees before bed to cool the room, and after you sleep, raise the temperature to 22, so that the air is moderate, but the room remains cold.”
