It was reported that the ED began an investigation against Messrs. Sunil Bhardwaj and others based on various cases and complaints filed by Bihar police for the illegal supply of liquor in Bihar. Several institutions have been established to obtain licenses to manage liquor stores, which can be used to provide liquor illegally in Bihar and other states for consumption in Arunachal Pradesh.
