In the first phase, 103 grams of Panchayats are selected, each library will cost four lakh calls. Computer Internet and Books will be available in this library, which will help the youth prepare for education and competitive exams and make contact with the digital world of rural areas. Out of 423 grams of Panchayats, digital library is built in 206 grams of Panchayats. In which 103 digital libraries were selected in the first phase. Each library is made of four lakh calls. In which books of one lakh will be obtained 80 thousand rupees for the library. While one lakh is spent 30 thousand rupees on two table computers, printers and other associated equipment, smart LEDs, etc. There will be about 70 thousand rupees in furniture and other items, etc. In the first phase, 103 grams of Panchayats were selected, with the formation of digital library, there will be a better educational environment in rural areas. Juveniles living in Gram Panchayat and nearby Gram Panchayats will help improve their training further. The youth can reach the digital library on every topic of education and find solutions. After the internet and computer are installed, Gram Panchayat building will be like information center. Information on different competitive exams will be easily available. Both books and online course material are available for competitive exams. Children get a good medium for studies. Several books and text materials are easily available.
