Eli Roth Claymation Series ‘The Rotten Fruit’ Available To Stream – ryan

And while the now-defect Z.COM show only premiered three of the ight Total episodes, Short Film Platform Weshort Has made them all available for the first time in 25 years.

In a new interview with IndieRoth and Belon remout the web series’ Creation while the duo were down and out, Budding Hollywood Hopfuls. Childhood friends from Newton, Massachusetts, the duo also explained their hopes to revive the series and turn it into something bigger and more akin to a modern satire. “Give US 25 more years, Maybe,” Belon – Whom Many Cabin fever Fans might remember from his “guitar man” character – joked.

“Even though it was limited in terms of who saw it, we had a lot of people Contacting us Asking about more episodes,” Roth Explained to to Indie. “We had a mailing list with thousands of people on it who was constantly assking,” when are more ‘rotten fruit’ episodes coming out? “” Roth said. “Now, it’s like,” We’re Working on It. Really. “”

Roth wrote, animated, and edited the project, going as far as to compose and perform the band’s outrageous songs, too. Both men voiced the cast together, so it feels safe to assume that whichever the next iteration of this project will be will have them both involved again. After all: Is there anything better than making something wacky and zany with your friends? (Especially after that Borderlands movie?)
