Emirates Airlines uses artificial intelligence technology in its daily activities, which are beneficial to IT and its clients benefit from various aspects, according to Adel Ahmed Al Reda, Vice President and CEO of operations in the company. In an interview with ‘Al -Sharq’, on the sidelines of the AI’s activities in Dubai, he explained that the use of this technology enables ‘Emirates Airlines’ to accurately collect and store data, and then analyze it to provide quick solutions and accurate information, whether for the employee or the traveler. Al -Reda added that artificial intelligence can also analyze space in airports for better use in accordance with the number of passengers. He noted that robots could replace the human element in monitoring engines and crashes that need to restore intervention, as well as in luggage transfers, and expect artificial intelligence to play for aircraft management in the future.
