It is important to realize that you must have the following to have access to UAN-related service: 1.) A valid Aadhaar number 2.) Access to the Aadhaar-linked cellphone number for OTP authentication; and 3.) to have or install the Aadhaar Face RD app for facial verification. What are the steps you need to take for UAN activation through this technology? These are the most important steps to follow: 1. First, open Umang and go to “Uan -allocation and activation”. 2. Now you must enter Aadhaar number and mobile number. Check the permission mark for Aadhaar valuation. 3. Tap on Send OTP. Install the Aadhaar Face RD app if asked and enter the OTP sent to your phone. 4.. Now the system will see if Aadhaar is already connected to a UAN. If yes, you will be notified. If no, you must continue with verification. 5. Mark the permission subject, tap on Face Authentication to scan the face. 6. System quotes the details and generates a new UAN. 7.
