The hotel owners will have to take the identity card of every person who remains and the police will have to inform the police. Legal steps will be taken because they did not. Important instructions were issued to all hotel owners of the district using the rights obtained in terms of Article-163 of the Indian Civil Protection of Indian Civil Protection, 2023 by the District Magistrate Cum-DePuty Commissioner Sagar Setia. He said ID evidence such as Aadhaar card, pan -card, passport, voter card, etc. Should be taken to identify every person who lives in the hotel. If more than one person takes a room, it will be necessary to take ID proof of every person who lives in the room. It must be ensured that the cellphone number left by the person who lives in the hotel is in the current state. Remove the ad, just read the news, to confirm it, a cellphone number can be called and investigated. It would be mandatory to register the information of those who stay in the hotels from time to time in their nearest police station. If the hotel owners do not, they will act against them according to rules. Apart from this, if someone and people who live in the hotel refuse to provide this information, then the hotel owner must be notified by the staff of the staff at the close police station. He said it is very important to keep information about unknown people living in hotels so that increasing crimes can be stopped. The district magistrate Sagar Setia has instructed all the landlords of the Moga district to register information on the tenants and domestic servants held in their homes in their nearest police station, and exercise the rights obtained in terms of Article 163 of the Indian Civil Protection of Indian Citizen Protection. In the event that this is not done, they will be taken against them according to the rules. He said both of the above orders will remain in effect until October 31.
