The Rouse Avenue Court released Kapil Mishra from the appearance in the offense code and the next trial was set on August 29. The case is related to the 2020 elections in which he is accused of making inflammatory statements. His lawyer in court said he received the charge sheet on which he had no objection. The prosecution said he provided all the documents. Kapil Mishra is exempt from one day’s appearance in the case of code of conduct, Jagran correspondent, New -Delhi. The Court of Special Judge in Rouse Avenue determined the next date for debate on August 29 for debate in the ideal case on Code of Conduct against the appearance of the BJP leader Kapil Mishra. The case is related to the 2020 elections, in which Kapil Mishra is accused of provoking people and making offensive statements. Senior advocates Pawan Narang, Nekdaj and Himanshu Sethi appeared in court on behalf of Kapil Mishra. On behalf of Kapil Mishra, an application for release of attendance has been filed. During the hearing in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vaibhav Chaurasia, the lawyer appeared on behalf of Kapil Mishra that he received the fourth charge sheet on August 1 and there is no objection to it. Earlier, some objections were recorded regarding copies of the third charge magazine, which had questions about the information obtained from X and the relationships of some documents. However, the prosecution made it clear in court that all necessary documents were made available and that the documents that are experiencing problems to understand will declare the prosecution and investigators, if necessary.
