What is the highest position in IAS?
The dream of becoming a trending IAs lives in the eyes of millions of youth, but very few people can pass it on. It is the highest officer in the Government of India and is considered the boss of all bureaucrats in the central government. They work to implement government policies, coordinate between ministries and advise the prime minister and other high officials. The cabinet secretary receives the basic salary of Rs 2.5 lakh each month, except that they also get a lot of grants. They also receive facilities such as government housing, free air travel, medical facility in government hospitals, personal assistants, managers and security guards.
