New Delhi, October 16 (IANS). In today’s time, due to long time looking at mobile phone, computer and TV screens, eyes get tired quickly and vision becomes poor. In such a situation, simple and natural remedies of Ayurveda can be very beneficial for your eye health. These methods not only give rest to the eyes but also help to keep them healthy for a long time. The first method is Padabhyanga, i.e. foot massage. Massage your feet daily with fig or sesame oil. Foot massage not only improves blood circulation, but also improves vision and prevents many eye diseases. The second method is cold treatment. Below you can keep cold water in your mouth 2 to 4 times a day. Doing so keeps vision intact and improves vision. Apart from this, it is also beneficial to put a few drops of cold water in the eyes. Pouring a few drops of cold water into the eyes 3-4 times a day cools the eyes and improves vision. Another easy solution is to place hands wet with water on the eyes. Along with this, it is also important to wash hands after every meal. These habits help prevent problems like refractive errors, cataracts. The method of bathing is also very effective in protecting the eyes. It is good to bathe with hot water daily, but if a lot of hot water is poured on the head daily, it can weaken the eyesight.
