On the day of the incident, she tied Rakhi to her uncle’s house and returned home at night. She was home alone. His mother and sisters went to Noida. The father slept in the hut outside the house. In the police under -examination, the accused Surjit Saxena said that, after tying the Rakhi during the day, he drank a lot of alcohol at night. Late at night he went to the field for feces. As he returned from there, he entered the house after he closed the wall and raped the deceased. When the deceased screamed, he strangled him dead. After that he went to his room and slept. As the door opened, the shout of the father came out, the father of the deceased slept in another room. The next morning when he saw the daughter not getting up, she opened the door of the house with the help of a girl from the neighborhood. As he came in, he yelled. The daughter hung on the loop. Police officers said that once they got home, they saw blood stains in many places and understood that it was not a case of suicide. When he started questioning the family members, it was found that Surjeet was always with him. When the family asked questions, Surjeet would answer him. Surprisingly, the accused also reached the place and came forward and made all efforts so that it could not be caught. But when the report of the girl’s post -Mortem confirmed the rape and strangulation, police arrested her. What did the police say? The accused was also arrested. After strict interrogation, the accused acknowledged his crime. Police also sent the clothing of the accused for forensic investigation.
